Case Studies in Sustainable Development

Sustainable Development is a key focus for Tjuntjuntjara and the Spinifex People. Its also important that we share what we are doing in relation to clean and renewable energy with other communities in the region. A good example is the Tjuntjuntjara Microgrid and Battery Storage Project supported by the Goldfields Economic Development Commission RED Grant. As we plan the development of Microgrids and integrate battery technology in our energy mix we are working with key stakeholders to secure our clean energy future.

 

Sustainable development practices and projects help us develop essemtial services and economic opportunities in ways that adapt to the challenges posed by climate change and protect important natural resources for future generations.
